• It is using Transcription Software: efficiently using transcription and related software tools. This includes learning new software features and updates to optimize the transcription process.
• Verifying Information: Cross-referencing with medical dictionaries or online resources to verify unfamiliar terms or unclear dictations. Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of all information transcribed.
• Communicating with Team Members: Engaging with the training team and supervisors for guidance, feedback, and clarifications. Regularly updating supervisors on progress and any issues encountered during transcription.
