Key Requirements
At least 8 years of specialized experience in Employment Law.
Juris Doctor degree from a distinguished law school.
Proven track record with a leading law firm.
Licensed to practice and currently residing in New York State.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employment contracts.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, such as employment agreements, severance packages, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including cases involving discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and contract disagreements.
Conduct thorough legal research and remain current on the latest developments in employment law to deliver well-informed advice.
Offer strategic counsel to clients, helping them navigate complex employment challenges while minimizing legal risks.
