About Role (What You Will Do)

As a Claims Representative at Obie Insurance Services, you will play a crucial role in our company by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all insurance claims are handled efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and responding to customer inquiries related to insurance claims via phone, email, or chat
• Investigating and gathering information to determine the validity of claims
• Collaborating with various departments, such as underwriting and accounting, to process claims accurately
• Negotiating settlements within approved limits
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing guidance and support to customers throughout the claims process
• Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions

Qualifications (What You Need)

At Obie Insurance Services, we are now looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Education: To qualify for this New Work from Home Jobs Immediate Start, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: A previous one year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required.
