Key accountabilities include:

  • Assisting in developing Clinical Trials products by creating cost-effective, competitive solutions that meet client needs and fit the company’s goals.
  • Working directly with customers to understand their needs, answer technical questions, and ensure the solutions we offer match their requirements and expectations.
  • Standardizing pricing for Clinical Trials and Specialty Pharma projects by creating clear and consistent pricing methods, ensuring our rates are accurate, competitive, and profitable across projects and regions. You’ll also guide local teams on the structure and purpose of each rate.
  • Supporting the central consolidation of projects to ensure solutions are consistent, aligned, and scalable across different markets. This includes coordinating with teams worldwide to unify project specs, pricing models, and technical needs.
  • Helping countries set pricing and commercial rates for Clinical Trials projects by working closely with local teams and using market data to create competitive pricing strategies that align with the company’s profitability goals.
  • Ensuring projects in Clinical Trials stay profitable by participating in decisions to maximize project profitability, considering pricing, cost allocation, and business strategy.

Experience Required

  • Essential experience in project management or leading project areas.
  • Must be able to work with and support teams and key contacts located in different time zones and regions.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes in Life Sciences and Healthcare (LSHC), including warehousing, distribution, systems, international logistics, and added services.
  • Proven background in operations within life sciences and healthcare.
  • Familiarity with LSHC terms and concepts, ideally related to Clinical Trials or Specialty Pharma Logistics.
  • Skilled in using software and tools to map processes, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Strong understanding of pricing and cost basics.
