Everlight Solar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
• Manage and resolve complaints by offering suitable solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and manage documentation.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
• Establish and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions with customers.

Vital Requirements

• Some experience in customer support or as a client service representative is preferred.
• Strong phone skills and good at active listening.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail is important.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.
• Available to work from 1pm – 11pm CST, 4 days a week with rotating Saturdays, or from 3pm – 11pm CST Monday to Friday with rotating Saturday.
