You are passionate about Omada’s mission to support lifelong health, helping individuals manage pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. Your goal is to identify inefficiencies and issues impacting our members. You create well-documented, data-driven business cases and collaborate with Care Teams, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to prioritize solutions. By measuring the impact of these solutions, you enhance member experiences and generate cost savings. As a Zendesk Explore expert, you generate reports to support both day-to-day operations and ad hoc needs. You’ll be a key player in processes like Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Supply Chain S&OP, ensuring smooth execution of Supply Chain Operations programs.
Your Impact
- Management of strategic roadmap
- Develop and manage project governance plans, including schedules, success criteria, and key milestones.
- Establish business priorities, develop solutions, assign ownership, and set delivery dates, ensuring programs stay on track.
- Drive programs end-to-end, aligning business goals with technical solutions to enhance member experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact member experience or hinder strategic, product, and technical objectives.
- Build strong relationships across Omada teams, collaborating with program/product managers, category teams, finance, legal, care teams, and engineers to execute the roadmap.
- Anticipate potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, review tradeoffs, and balance business needs against constraints.
- Maintain a broad understanding of Omada’s business needs to align initiatives with company goals.
- Communication and change management initiatives
- Communicate clear and concise expectations and requirements, both verbally and in writing, with business and technology teams.
- Present well-reasoned, data-driven proposals in both verbal and written formats.
- Identify and communicate risks, develop mitigation plans with stakeholders, and establish goals, milestones, and completion dates.
- Influence teams to drive ongoing program improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Use strong written and oral communication skills to author white papers and reports that translate technical and data-driven solutions into actionable business recommendations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or healthcare support roles.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, or a similar discipline.
- Strong experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements.
- Proven track record of developing program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and effectively communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
