As a customer service representative at Progressive, your main responsibilities will be as follows;

• Processing Insurance Applications: As part of our team, you will also be responsible for processing the insurance applications of potential customers. This will require good attention to detail, organizational skills, and following specific protocols and procedures.
• Providing Technical Support: Our customer service team also offers technical support to our customers who may be facing issues with our website or mobile app. You will be trained to troubleshoot and resolve these technical problems effectively.
• Insurance Quotes: Per your supervisor’s guidance, you will also be providing insurance quotes to potential customers. This will require you to understand our insurance policies and pricing structure well.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: We are looking for a good communicator, so a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
